McCain'$ choice for VP is exciting and exhilarating...and a smokescreen.
I'm sure she's a great person, but in the end we elect the president, not the vice-president. And McCain will still be McCain, with the same views and policies.

Bro got the job at the car wash! He starts Monday, and is very relieved. So are we.
O'Baby has been very hard to handle lately, sleeping very little. We exhausted all our options, and The Princess finally called the pediatrician. She bought some of the books the doctor recommended, and is learning a lot that will help both her and O'Baby. Today is already a better day. And tomorrow will be even better!
Blondie and SissyJ are driving out for a visit tomorrow! We can't wait to see them. As always, I wish their visit would be longer, but I'll take what I can get. God, I miss that crazy daughter of mine.
Bubba is really enjoying first grade. He loves his teacher and says each day is 'Great!" I don't get much feedback otherwise, which is kind of frustrating, but I guess no news is good news.
Hubby is pumped about McCain's VP choice. Funny, the man I married was a Cubs fan and a Democrat. Now he roots for the R0yals and votes republican. Hell - I don't even know if he's Irish anymore!
The physical therapy I was receiving made me terribly sore for days after each session, so I went to a chiropractor. Things seem to be improving, but I'm still numb and sore down my left hip and thigh, and it's hard to sit. I'm hoping I'll be okay after working a twelve-hour shift tomorrow.
Have a great day!
Posted Susan at August 29, 2008 11:53 AMMcCain just picked her because he thinks he'll win if he chooses a woman as a running mate.
I'm Meghann, and I've been reading your blog for a while.
I think you're really funny, and I enjoy reading. Just thought you should know.

Posted by: Meghann at August 29, 2008 12:29 PMAnd McCain's VP? That bitch should be at home taking care of her four-month-old with Down syndrome. How dare she even entertain the idea of being a VP. She needs to keep her ass at home with her kid, where she belongs. Dumb bitch.
